The Community Manager is responsible for the overall management of the property, including maximizing rental income, maintaining the physical operations, ensuring financial efficiency, and ensuring the residents a clean, safe, comfortable, and attractive place to live. This position is considered an essential function to the operation of the community, therefore, consistent attendance is an essential function of this position, as it directly impacts the employee’s ability to perform their duties effectively and ensures proper workflow and communication within the team.
