About The Position

We are looking for a Community Manager to drive Community Management for the Meta Brand, Meta Newsroom and lead on consumer AI Campaigns across Content Studio. The Community Manager will be responsible for the operations and strategic direction of the Community Management Program across Meta Social Channels, with a particular focus on AI audiences and real-time engagement. This role operates horizontally, working with cross-functional stakeholders throughout the Communications organization, and is critical to the success of our Meta Social program.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Community Management experience for large brands on social platforms
  • Understanding of Meta’s communities and expertise in landing key messages in social, especially for AI and tech audiences
  • Experience driving innovative Community Management strategies and real-time engagement
  • Copywriting/copy editing experience, with a track record of top-performing content creation
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and being a contributor to team values
  • Proficient knowledge of social platforms, their communities, and efficient usage
  • Project management and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • BS/BA Degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, or Public Relations
  • Experience presenting to leadership in an eloquent and succinct manner
  • Understanding of how to translate Community Management efforts into KPIs for the business
  • Proficiency in Sprinklr and Brandwatch

Responsibilities

  • Lead Community Management strategy during key brand moments, supporting goals and driving KPIs with a focus on AI and priority audiences
  • Drive real-time signal detection and activation on Meta channels, curating and creating content that resonates with the community
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in Community Management, especially for Ai Consumer communities, providing discernment on engagement, escalation, and narrative management
  • Driving Operational Efficiencies across the pillar including training, community insight read outs, signal detection workflows etc
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure optimal support for brand initiatives
  • Act as on-screen talent for Meta channels, bringing professional-level presence and prestige to content and EGC (employee-generated content)
