About The Position

MG Properties, a company with over 30 years of experience in the acquisition, development, rehabilitation, and management of apartment communities across the Western United States, is seeking an experienced Community Manager. The company focuses on enriching lives through community buildings, philanthropy, and employee development. This role is for their property, Thorncroft Farms Apartments, located in Hillsboro, OR. The Community Manager will be responsible for building and training their team, marketing the property, overseeing and maintaining the budget, and handling all operational tasks to ensure the property thrives.

Requirements

• RECENT experience managing a fast-paced apartment community
• Supervisory/management experience
• Team building and effective management skills
• Demonstrated operations skills including marketing, budgets, sales
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
• Acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of work duties
• Submit to a background check and drug-screen
