About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead operations at our 125 unit apartment community. The ideal candidate has a strong background in property management, a commitment to resident satisfaction, and proven ability to manage day-to-day operations, leasing, and team performance. Requirements

3-years of previous property management experience is required.
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities.
Proficiency in property management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital tools.
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus.
Must pass background and drug screening.
Must be able to provide proof of valid vehicle insurance.
Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

Experience with OneSite and KNOCK is preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, resident relations, and maintenance coordination.
Lead, manage, and develop on-site staff to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
Ensure property meets budget and occupancy goals.
Execute marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
Conduct regular inspections and maintain curb appeal and property standards.
Maintain accurate records and reports, including financials, renewals, and service requests.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, company policies, and safety standards.
