This exempt, salaried position reports to the Regional Manager and supervises all on-site staff. The Community Manager is responsible for financial performance, leasing and marketing, property maintenance, and team leadership. Key responsibilities include maximizing occupancy and revenue, managing budgets and monthly financial reporting, overseeing rent collections and compliance, supervising maintenance and vendors, ensuring curb appeal and safety standards, and hiring and developing staff.
