ACC is seeking a highly organized and motivated Community Manager to oversee the lease-up of a newly constructed Section 42 (LIHTC) multi-family housing community in Lomira, Wisconsin. Full-time during lease-up stage, but will become Part-Time after lease-up This is a unique opportunity to lead a brand-new development through a phased opening, with units coming online from October 2025 through April 2026. The Community Manager will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of lease-up, including marketing, resident outreach, application processing, compliance with LIHTC regulations, and supporting community events. Who You Are: A natural-born leader and communicator Customer-service obsessed with a warm, friendly vibe Detail-oriented and highly organized Comfortable juggling calendars, contractors, and community events — sometimes all at once! Social media savvy with a creative spark Experienced in property management, leasing, or hospitality (preferably in LIHTC) Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing lease-ups, particularly within affordable housing Strong working knowledge of LIHTC (Section 42) compliance and leasing procedures Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills This is an exciting chance to play a leading role in establishing a vibrant new community.
