The Community Manager position is a full-time role based in Fayetteville, TN. This role is crucial for maintaining positive interactions with residents and the public, enhancing the community image, and ensuring superior resident retention. Key responsibilities include leasing apartments, managing the community's curb appeal, securely handling rents and financial records, overseeing collections and pursuing delinquent accounts, and ensuring compliance with various governmental, lender, and investor commitments. The manager is also responsible for administering the community’s operating budget, tracking unit inspections, signing off on market-ready vacant units, and scheduling capital improvements and repairs. The role requires developing and implementing positive resident relations programs and responding to after-hours and weekend emergencies.
