The Community Manager is an integral member of the Operations management team who functions as the strategic business leader of the community with responsibility for all aspects of the asset, including financial performance, revenue generation, delivering a return on investment to property owners, resident satisfaction, vendor relationship management, and supervision of employees. The Community Manager reports directly to the Regional Manager and is accountable to the Property Owners, Residents, and Team Members. The position is actively involved in the local community and builds strong relationships with government support offices, businesses, and customers. The position represents Benton Communities in all leadership actions.
