The Community Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the property including overseeing physical maintenance and upkeep, effectuating administrative and clerical tasks, maintaining positive resident relations, and adhering to all applicable rules and regulations. This position requires strong leadership skills and an understanding of diverse populations. This position involves independent judgement and discretion including when and how to delegate responsibilities to effectively manage the respective property. The Community Manager must be able to analyze the respective property and highlight its best attributes to best manage the property. The Community Manager is expected to use their independent judgment and discretion to maintain BRIDGE Property Management Company’s high standards of professionalism and service to provide residents with a safe, well-managed living environment and to meet the company’s goals and objectives. The Community Manager must also effectively manage and supervise staff to ensure that property staff are responsive to the needs of residents and support resident interaction and retention.
