About The Position

The Community Manager at Sequoia Equities will oversee the operations of Creekside, an 88-unit, 55+ community in Pittsburg. This role involves managing resident relations, leasing activities, and ensuring operational excellence. The Community Manager will work independently in the office, leading and inspiring the team to achieve success while managing a multi-million dollar asset.

Requirements

• Desire to lead and a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and efficiency.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and resilience.
• Prior management and budgeting experience in real estate, hospitality, retail, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

• 2-3 years of residential property management experience.
• Understanding of industry software such as Yardi, Onesite, YieldStar.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus.

Responsibilities
