If you possess a customer focused mindset, able to oversee or be a part of the daily operations and management of a multi-family residential community as well as want to be a part of our company's growth, we want to hear from you! We are looking for a Community Manager to join our team at an affordable community in (Hesperia, CA). This position is Full-Time | Hourly | Full Benefits. Pay Range: $23 - $25 / Hour.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing an affordable housing/tax credit apartment community.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with property management software, ideally Yardi.
• Valid driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage.
