About the position

As a Community Manager at Musicologie Cleveland Heights, you will lead a team and help people solve problems in a dynamic work environment. You will be detail-oriented and motivated to achieve results while engaging in genuine conversations with students and teachers. Musicologie is dedicated to providing exceptional music education, and you will play a key role in implementing our system and supporting a vibrant community of learners.

Requirements

• Sales experience, customer service experience, or similar
• Experience leading a team
• Knowledge of schedule management and collaboration
• Knowledge of sales
