You will be the frontline for employees in a Talent Community but backed by robust support across all functions. Beyond traditional HR duties, you will play a crucial role in driving employee engagement through innovative programs, organizing impactful events, and facilitating workshops that strengthen team camaraderie and uphold our unique company culture. As the central liaison between employees and management, you will spearhead transparent communication channels, promptly address employee inquiries and concerns, and ensure the seamless implementation of company policies. Your ability to collaborate effectively across various departments, monitor employee sentiment, and leverage data-driven insights will be instrumental in optimizing strategies that foster collaboration, boost workplace satisfaction, and drive organizational success. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field OR experience as a supervisor or trainer in a BPO-environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Certification in Human Resources Management (HRM) or Community Management.
  • Experience in employee engagement initiatives or organizational development.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison for employee inquiries, feedback, and concerns.
  • Develop and execute programs to enhance employee satisfaction and well-being.
  • Organize team-building activities, events, workshops, and conferences to strengthen camaraderie.
  • Implement strategies to promote a collaborative and supportive company culture.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process of new hires.
  • Support HR activities such as performance management and employee relations.
  • Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate with HR Manager on employee relations and intake.
  • Foster transparent communication channels between employees and management.
  • Address and resolve employee issues in a timely manner, escalating when necessary.
  • Collaborate with department heads and HR to ensure consistent policy implementation.
  • Facilitate company-wide communications and announcements.
  • Support on-site client visits and provide light technical support as required.
  • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen relationships among employees.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze employee sentiment and engagement levels.
  • Organize and oversee employee recognition and reward programs.
  • Track key metrics related to employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on community feedback and trends.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize community management strategies.
