About The Position

Our company is seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of our property management. The ideal candidate will have previous management experience in property management or a related field, generally 2-5 years. However, experience level may vary due to the special needs of the property.

Requirements

  • Previous management experience in property management or a related field, generally 2-5 years.
  • Ability to read and write English fluently.
  • Ability to perform advanced business mathematical functions.
  • Must have COS or enroll in certification course within 30 days of date of hire.
  • Must enroll in the following certification courses within 90 days of hire: HCCP, SCHM, TaCCs.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

  • A college degree is suggested but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with residents, vendors, and staff.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the property management.
  • Manage leasing and marketing efforts to maintain high occupancy rates.
  • Ensure resident satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Manage budgets and financial statements.
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff.
