About The Position

The Community Manager will oversee the daily operations of two mobilehome communities in Santa Rosa, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing resident relations, and handling administrative tasks. This full-time role requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach to community management.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (preferred).
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn on the job.
  • Strong people-oriented skills to build rapport with residents.
  • Ability to take ownership of the role and accept constructive criticism.
  • Curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Nice To Haves

  • 2 years of customer service experience (preferred).
  • 2 years of property management experience (preferred).
  • Driver's license (required).

Responsibilities

  • Correspond via email, phone, and in person with residents.
  • Distribute rent statements and process rent payments.
  • Perform bank deposits and reconcile the park's monthly billing and collections.
  • Conduct rental showings and process applications.
  • Manage day-to-day tasks of community management.
  • Ensure space and amenities compliance and enforce rules and regulations.
  • Conduct daily property walks and manage compliance notices and procedural timing.
  • Handle conflict resolution management.
