As a Community Manager at GIT, you will be responsible for the performance of one of our multifamily assets. You will be held accountable for enforcing policies and procedures, meeting expectations and goals, obtaining a high occupancy level, curb appeal, developing team members, and building professional relationships. An effective Community Manager is personable, professional, and excellent at motivating and uniting a team in shared goals. Still, it’s equally important to be tough when needed, have high-performance expectations, and have a level of comfort and confidence when handling unruly actors (be it staff or residents) and difficult situations. The Community Manager role is for a results-driven person who is passionate about developing and driving team success and must be able to balance the supervision of various departments and diverse personnel.
