  • Ability to commute across the Greater Bay Area (Antioch, Brentwood, Concord, Martinez, Walnut Creek, Alameda County and San Francisco)

Nice To Haves

  • 2-3 years residential property management experience
  • Understanding of industry software such as Yardi, Onesite, REBA
  • High School Diploma or equivalent or post secondary education a plus

Responsibilities

  • Drive property success by overseeing operations, maximizing revenue, and improving overall performance
  • Lead leasing and sales efforts to meet and exceed occupancy and revenue goals
  • Partner with leadership to optimize pricing strategies for new leases and renewals
  • Create and execute business plans aligned with property and company goals
  • Own financial performance, including budgeting, reporting, and working closely with accounting
  • Develop marketing strategies and implement quarterly plans to stay competitive in the market
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing laws, and safety standards
  • Recruit, coach, and develop team members, fostering a high-performing and engaged culture
  • Step in where needed, bringing structure, leadership, and results to communities that need it most
