About The Position

The Community Manager role at Ridgebrook Apartments, a 144 unit affordable multi-family community in Knoxville, TN, is responsible for the overall functions of the property. This position will lead and oversee a variety of functions including rental applications through HUD Section 8 and Tax Credit, rent collections, annual re-certifications, compliance, filing, customer service, vendor contracts, budget adherence, unit inspections, and more. The Community Manager will also oversee maintenance functions to ensure curb appeal, unit turns, and work orders, as well as lead office personnel such as Leasing Agents and Assistant Managers.
