About The Position

As a Community Manager at IWG, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of your center. Your primary responsibility will be to motivate your team to create an exceptional working environment that fosters customer satisfaction and retention. You will be the face of the center, welcoming members and guests, and ensuring they have everything they need for a productive day. Your day will start with a review of the daily report to plan and prepare for the day ahead. You will oversee reception, greet members, and assist them with their meeting room setups, including Wi-Fi connections and screen sharing applications. Throughout the day, you will engage with new members to understand their business needs and facilitate introductions to other businesses within the center, enhancing networking opportunities. You will also manage logistics for new companies moving into the center, ensuring that welcome kits and access badges are prepared in advance. Customer inquiries about coworking memberships will be handled by you, providing tours and explaining the benefits of IWG membership. In addition to customer engagement, you will be responsible for administrative tasks such as reviewing billing to ensure all customers are current, managing paid time off requests, and preparing for coaching conversations with team members. Your role will require you to maintain a keen eye on the physical space, ensuring it is always show-ready for potential clients. You will also be expected to handle minor maintenance issues and keep the environment welcoming and inspiring for all members.
