This position will have direct responsibility as a Residential Property Management team member to assist in the accomplishment of the department's goals and objectives. This position will elevate the team as a member of the companys high-performance culture that emphasizes Community, Integrity, Quality, ROI, Sustainability, Team, and Customer Service. Community Manager II has full authority, responsibility, and accountability for the daily operations, financial performance, and resident experience at their assigned property. They lead on-site teams, develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy and NOI, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. This position plays a key role in the success of the Residential Property Management team by providing high-level oversight and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service to both residents and team members. Community Manager II leads on-site teams, optimizes property performance, and ensures an exceptional resident experience. This role requires strong leadership, financial expertise, and the ability to manage complex communities , including senior housing, large communities of 250+ units, or properties with dual entities and multiple budgets .
