About The Position

The Community Property Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers, stakeholders, and partners. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for building communities. The Community Property Manager is responsible for all phases of the operation of the property. Including, but not limited to achieving the highest possible net operating income through implementation of effective cost control and revenue improvement programs, the general administration and maintenance of the physical property, the supervision and direction of all personnel and the financial operation of the property within approved budgetary guidelines.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education required
  • 5 years of property management experience required
  • Must have Section 8 experience
  • Affordable housing certifications required
  • Some supervisory experience preferred
  • Microsoft experience needed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for building and engaging communities
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on social media platforms and other channels
  • Create and manage content for social media platforms, blogs, and other communication channels
  • Plan and execute events and activities to engage the community
  • Analyze community engagement metrics and provide regular reports to management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels
