About The Position
Greystar is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a garden-style property with 354 units. The Community Manager will manage team members, daily activities, and resources to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals. This role ensures compliance with company policies, Fair Housing, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other laws governing multi-family housing operations. The position involves providing input into budget development, meeting targeted revenues, controlling expenditures, overseeing lease enforcement, and promoting resident satisfaction and retention. The Community Manager will also conduct regular property inspections and supervise property staff, while assisting in managing the client/owner relationship.
