About The Position

Jiffy.com is seeking a Community Manager & Digital Content Creator to support our growing social presence across Instagram and TikTok. Reporting directly to the Social Media Manager, this person will help drive day-to-day engagement, spot trend opportunities in real time, and create digital assets that support our content and campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who lives online, loves community-building, and has a strong, creative point of view when it comes to social-first visuals and copy. You’ll also support light copywriting needs, from captions to short-form blog content, keeping our voice consistent across all channels. You’ll work closely with social, creative, and performance teams to keep our brand engaging, organized, and evolving.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in social media, community management, copywriting, or digital content creation.
  • Proficiency in Figma (primary workspace) and Canva for fast-turn social assets.
  • Strong copywriting skills-caption writing, short-form blog contributions, and crafting engaging hooks.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok + Instagram trends, engagement strategies, and best practices.
  • Excellent written communication skills with an eye for tone, humor, and brand voice.
  • Experience creating social-first graphics, simple editing, or repurposing content for multiple platforms.
  • Highly organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced digital environment.
  • No degree required; professional experience and portfolio of work matter more.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in ecommerce, crafting, DIY, or creator-oriented brands.
  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Express, Adobe Premiere, etc.)
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop, DTF/UV DTF, or small-business crafting communities.
  • A natural instinct for internet culture, meme timing, and generating content ideas that feel native to the platform.
  • Ability to help brainstorm and draft SEO-friendly blog content when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Own daily community management across all channels: responding to comments, managing DMs, engaging with creators/customers, and keeping brand voice consistent.
  • Monitor and engage with comments on organic posts and paid ads to support performance and strengthen community trust.
  • Identify trending audio, viral formats, niche moments, and cultural trends with potential for Jiffy content opportunities.
  • Create digital assets for social-IG stories, graphics, promotional visuals, simple edits, memes, and story-style content that aligns with our brand aesthetic.
  • Assist with light posting duties and support the social calendar with content ideas, drafts, and asset development.
  • Write short-form copy for captions, social content, and assist with light blog writing or blog updates when needed.
  • Track and escalate community insights, FAQs, sentiment shifts, and opportunities for future content.
  • Maintain an organized workflow inside Figma, with assets built and delivered cleanly for cross-team use.
  • Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager to ensure all engagement, copy, and visuals support overarching brand goals.
