This internship provides an opportunity to learn to provide an extraordinary customer experience in a retail store setting. The intern will be responsible for various operational tasks including product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops, and providing change to cash registers. The role involves modeling and delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience, engaging with customers, resolving issues, and learning best practices. The intern will also gain exposure to store, pharmacy, and district management, inventory analysis, display development, pricing, store maintenance, and compliance with regulations. The program includes a kick-off, day of service activity, weekly meetings, an Intern Team Challenge, and an evaluation upon completion.
