What You Will Be Doing: The Community Management Intern will serve as the company champion for golfers, responsible for building, growing, and moderating passionate communities of brand fans across multiple platforms. While Reddit will be a primary focus, this role will also support YouTube, the Team Titleist Facebook Community, Team Titleist Forums, and other Titleist social channels. You will help elevate the brand’s presence, drive engagement, and ensure a positive experience for our golfer communities.

Requirements

  • Platform fluency: Comfortable and experienced across key platforms (Reddit, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to match the Titleist Brand Voice and platform tonality
  • Sound judgment: Know when to respond, delete, or escalate comments
  • High attention to detail to ensure accurate, typo-free messaging
  • Curiosity and drive to learn, keeping up with evolving platforms, algorithms, and content trends
  • Passion for golf and community engagement

Responsibilities

  • Proactively monitor and respond to comments, questions, and discussions across all channels to engage golfers and maintain a positive brand experience
  • Identify high-intent questions and enable sales through product recommendations, scheduling consultations, or promoting physical fittings
  • Plan and execute online events, Q&As, and virtual meetups to drive active participation
  • Serve as a first point of contact for customer service inquiries, directing questions to the right team and ensuring timely, accurate responses
  • Address negative sentiment or misinformation quickly and professionally
  • Track, analyze, and report on key community metrics (growth, engagement rates, sentiment, reach) weekly and monthly
  • Collect and synthesize community feedback, feature requests, and pain points to inform product development, marketing, and support teams
  • Monitor brand health and identify emerging trends or potential crises early
