About The Position

Learn to provide an extraordinary customer experience in retail store setting. Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change as requested to cash registers. Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.

Requirements

• Should be a Student beginning or completing Senior year towards a Bachelor's degree.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Models and shares customer service best practices with all team members.
• Responsible and accountable for registering all related sales on assigned cash register.
• Assists manager or assistant store manager in reviewing order exceptions on order release day.
• Learns to analyze inventory trends and supervises inventory management.
• Assists manager or assistant store manager in evaluating and developing displays.
• Completes resets and revisions.
• Responsible for basic department pricing and making daily price changes.
• Ensures compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products.
• Works as a group to complete the Intern Team Challenge and present to area, district and store leaders.
• Complies with all company policies and procedures.
• Completes special assignments and other tasks as assigned.
