About The Position
The Arc Carroll County is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our Community Living Department. This role is dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their pursuit of a fulfilling life. The DSP will work as part of a team in a small residential home setting, focusing on creating inclusive and supportive environments where residents can thrive. Responsibilities include assisting with life skills, household tasks, personal care, medication administration, and transportation as needed. The position offers a competitive rate of $18.74/hour plus a $2.00 weekend differential, with shifts available on weekdays and weekends.
