About The Position

Living Innovations is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to play a vital role in supporting adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) live fulfilling lives at home and in their communities. Responsible for the management and oversight of assigned Living Innovations programs. This includes leadership, supervision, development and professional growth opportunities for company staff.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience in this or related position in a social service or healthcare setting (Required).
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• The ability to pass comprehensive background checks per state and company regulations/policies.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct bi-monthly in-person home visits to provide support and ensure the quality of shared living services.
• Oversee and manage Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
• Collaborate with individuals with IDD, their families, and other professionals to develop individualized support plans.
• Advocate for individuals' needs and connect them with community resources.
• Motivate and support your DSP team to deliver exceptional care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
