The Community Life Director (CLD) (similar to Community Lifestyle Director) at Whitecap is responsible for bringing the community’s vision to life through the creation of meaningful experiences, authentic connections, and a dynamic, engagement-driven environment. This role exists at the intersection of community building, hospitality, and developer-driven marketing, ensuring that Whitecap is not only a place to live, but a place to experience. In alignment with Cohere’s mission, the CLD will create and promote the community vision throughout the master-planned community development lifecycle, establishing systems and frameworks that support prospect and resident engagement, lifestyle programming, and community operations. The CLD will embody and demonstrate the core values of Trust, Reciprocity, Spirit, and Legacy, while striving to exceed expectations for residents, guests, and developer partners. As a servant leader, storyteller, and brand ambassador, CLD will translate Whitecap’s identity into a living, breathing experience. This includes designing and executing a robust calendar of events and programs that foster belonging among residents while supporting the developer’s marketing strategy by creating memorable, immersive experiences for prospective buyers and visitors. The CLD’s most important role is to weave the social fabric of the community, bringing residents, neighbors, stakeholders, and visitors together to create authentic, collective experiences that define Whitecap’s culture and long-term legacy.
