About The Position

This role is essential in fostering relationships, promoting our programs, and ensuring that the needs of the community are met through effective communication and collaboration. Requirements

• Previous experience in liaison, admissions, marketing, or sales within a healthcare setting.
• Understanding of skilled nursing and rehabilitation services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for rapport-building.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture positive relationships with community case managers, social workers, discharge planners, and healthcare professionals.
• Actively engage with local communities to promote Venza Care's services.
• Represent our company at events, health fairs, and networking meetings.
• Develop new referral sources and collaborate with the Admissions Director for clinical and financial review.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient admission process for patients and families.
• Convert referrals to admissions by coordinating communication between referral sources and our company.
• Monitor and maximize conversion rates for a seamless patient experience.
• Execute marketing strategies to increase community awareness of our company.
• Conduct presentations and provide educational resources to referral sources and potential patients.
• Serve as the primary contact for referral sources and facilitate communication to ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate closely with patients, families, and the company team for optimal admission experiences.
