This position will provide essential administrative and field support for the Cleveland Water Lead Service Program. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a field environment with the ability to communicate with residents.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required.
  • No prior experience required; training will be provided.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in the field and as required in the office.
  • As a federal contractor, employment is contingent upon successfully passing a criminal background check, motor vehicle record review, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, document, and review Lead Service Line Replacement (LSLR) related work.
  • Organize and maintain construction documentation and project files.
  • Distribute water pitcher filter kits and water sample kits as instructed.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding project resources and the LSLR process.
  • Serve as a community liaison to communicate project details and maintain excellent client relations.
  • Provide clerical support to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Support staff during field activities as needed.
  • Maintain a safe and professional working environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
