Job Summary The Community Liaison promotes PPL’s mission by building relationships and increasing awareness of the Self-Determination Program and Participant Directed Services across Northern CA regions. This role connects individuals to Financial Management Services, engages with community partners and stakeholders, and identifies opportunities to improve service delivery. Through outreach, education, and collaboration, the Community Liaison ensures PPL is a trusted resource across diverse communities.
