About The Position

Requirements

• Proven sales experience in home care/Hospice field
• Marketing experience is preferred
• Familiarity with the home care industry and local CO healthcare network
• Familiar with Medicaid, Medicare waiver programs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-starter with leadership qualities
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel daily within assigned territory

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate marketing opportunities in the community
• Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and referral sources
• Develop and implement strategies to expand agency outreach and meet growth targets
• Educate potential clients and healthcare providers on our services
• Manage incoming referrals and maintain accurate documentation
