About The Position
Tennessee Quality Care is seeking a dedicated Community Liaison to join our fast-growing Home Health Division in Jackson, TN! This is a Monday-Friday (8 AM-5 PM) position with a rotating on-call schedule among staff. At Tennessee Quality Care, we provide personalized medical care to help our patients live their best lives-whether recovering from surgery, managing a health challenge, or receiving end-of-life care.
