Ennoble Care is seeking a Full-time, experienced Community Liaison for our Philadelphia, PA region! The Community Liaison will be responsible for interaction in the community and promoting company services, such as our Hospice services. The role involves analyzing the potential of the company's service area to determine target markets, visiting doctor's offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and other possible sources of referrals to present agency credentials and obtain patient referrals. The Community Liaison will also analyze the company's organization to determine its strengths and weaknesses, analyze past and current marketing data, complete an analysis of the company's 'product' line, analyze patient/company relationships, develop sales/marketing objectives and sales projections, and develop a marketing plan, identifying priorities and setting a reasonable timetable. The position requires implementing the marketing plan while staying within the established timetable, reviewing and evaluating the analyses and plan on an established basis, attending IDG meetings as appropriate, assisting office staff as needed with going to updates, and providing community outreach and education.
