About The Position
Heritage Hospice is seeking a self-motivated and passionate Community Liaison to promote its unique hospice programs and services in the New Kensington area. This role focuses on building strong relationships with referral sources, physicians, and community partners to increase preference for hospice services and ensure patients receive the care they deserve. The Community Liaison will play a key role in growing the hospice's census and reflecting the quality of care provided by the organization.
