About The Position

COMMUNITY INTERN REQUIRED SKILLS: Resourceful self-starter. Ability to work independently and make reasonable decisions in the best interest of the company. Setting and managing multiple priorities and switching needs as necessary. Excellent writing and editing abilities. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. High energy and willingness to work with longer hours as needed. Team oriented. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS in Marketing, Journalism, Business or Communications or equivalent work experience. Prior experience with and/or ability to navigate and extract web information from CRMs like Hubspot and Yardi. Applicant must have reliable vehicle for travel. Mileage will be compensated.
