About The Position

Community Inspector needed for the association management division to assist with inspections for communities in the Suffolk area. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing excellent customer service and internal business relationship management. Requirements

  • Experience working with homeowners’ associations (HOAs), condominiums, or property management firms a plus.
  • Familiarity with inspection processes, violation enforcement, and architectural review procedures.
  • Strong understanding of community governing documents, local ordinances, and property maintenance standards helpful.
  • Experience with reporting tools, inspection software, and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record

Responsibilities

  • Complete resale inspections for managers within assigned office.
  • Assist with inspections for violations, common areas, and architectural review applications with appropriate follow-up for senior association managers.
  • Deliver notices to communities for managers within assigned office.
  • Retrieve deeds from the courthouse for managers within assigned office.
  • Meet vendors onsite to assist with access to common areas or units.
  • Complete follow-up inspections prior to due process hearings for managers within assigned office.
