Are you a self-starter? Do you like to get out in the world, get the job done, and know you've earned your pay without someone hanging over your shoulder all day? There's a place for you at Heritage! We're looking for a Community Inspector who can manage their own time and be trusted to communicate professionally with Homeowners, Boards, and Property Managers throughout the Atlanta area. Community Inspectors are responsible for traveling to multiple communities in the greater Atlanta area and inspecting homes for Covenant violations. Violations are defined by each individual communities' Covenants, which the Inspector will need to read and understand with help from that community's Manager and Board. Because frequent communication between the Inspector, Manager, and Board is imperative to a successful inspection, an Inspector must be able to present themselves in a neat, professional manner through email, phone, and in person. Inspectors will have a list of communities they must inspect but will be largely responsible for scheduling themselves to ensure inspections are done on time and accurately. Candidates must have excellent self-organizational and time management skills. Candidates must have a valid Driver's License, valid insurance, and a personal vehicle to be used for transportation. Heritage takes pride in attracting, retaining, and developing the top talent in our industry. Our Inspections program is looking to grow, and there is room for advancement! Come join our team!
