About The Position
Are you passionate about empowering youth to develop leadership skills and explore their potential? Join us as a School Partnerships Program Specialist at Girl Scouts of Central Maryland! In this role, you’ll design and deliver impactful programs for Girl Scouts that foster curiosity, confidence, and community. We are on a mission to build girls of courage, confidence, and character who make the world a better place. The right candidate won’t just be promoting a program. Their work will impact and change future generations! The Community Initiatives Specialist is responsible for the planning, implementation, promotion, and evaluation of high-quality large-scale programmatic offerings for Girl Scouts in grades K-12 throughout the council as well as in underserved, unserved, and underrepresented areas of the council.
