The American Heart Association has an excellent opportunity for Community Impact Manager based in La Jolla, California. This is a field-based position that involves regular work performed from home and remote locations for business meetings across San Diego and southwest Riverside County. This is a full-time, benefits eligible, grant funded opportunity. Current funding will expire on December 31, 2025. Under broad supervision, the Community Impact Manager will manage the implementation and execution of health improvement and community impact initiatives aligned with market, region, and association-wide goals with a focus on clinical and ambulatory health improvement programs.
