We are currently hiring a Community Impact Director in our Greater Phoenix market based in Tempe. This role advances the mission of the American Heart Association by fostering relationships with community leaders, volunteers, and businesses to advance cardiovascular health and promote heart-healthy policies. This role supports initiatives that drive policy, systems, and environmental (PSE) changes to improve community health outcomes. Manages outreach efforts, leads volunteer-driven initiatives, and ensures the Association’s impact is effectively communicated and measured within the community. In this hybrid role, the Community Impact Director will work from the Tempe office at least 1-2 times/week and travel as needed for external meetings and events.
