Community Impact 2025 Intern

About the position

This is an experiential learning position that allows the Student intern to apply the theory and knowledge learned inside the classroom to the practical application and skills development within the department. The internship must be completed by December 19, 2025. Work hours and the number of weeks are placement-dependent, with no more than 20 hours per week when school is in session and no more than 35 hours per week during breaks.

Responsibilities

• Applying knowledge gained in the classroom to the needs of the department.
• Performing work that goes beyond advancing the operations of the department or the work completed by a regular student employee.
• Learning objectives/goals are clearly defined to relate to the professional goals of the student's academic coursework.
• Receiving routine feedback from the supervisor.
• Utilizing resources, equipment, and facilities provided by the department to support learning objectives/goals.

Requirements

• Must be a currently enrolled Pace student (undergraduate, graduate, and international students), graduating December 2025 or later.
• Have met with a Career Counselor to finalize resume before applying or previously completed one of the following programs: ASPIRE or INSPIRE.
• International students must have completed the INSPIRE program.
