REPORTS TO: Administrator of Residential Services PROVIDES SUPERVISION TO: No Supervisory Duties GENERAL EXPECTATIONS: The Community Housing Nurse plays a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of residents within the agency’s community housing programs. This position is responsible for monitoring medication administration, maintaining accurate medical records, training staff on proper procedures, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The nurse will work closely with direct care staff, case managers, and medical providers to coordinate residents' healthcare needs. This position requires availability 25 hours per week, with some evening and weekend on-call responsibilities. All responsibilities must be carried out in accordance with CWTC’s mission and policies, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for individuals with disabilities. Employees in this role are expected to attend all required training sessions and demonstrate professionalism, accuracy, and compassion in their daily work.
