About The Position
Provides skilled nursing care to patients in their homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This involves direct patient care, education, and coordination of services to support patients' health and independence. Works as a resource to communities in Hancock County to provide assistance where needed for Public Health. Will travel to patient homes as needed.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
- Currently licensed as an LPN in the State of Iowa
- One year's experience in a health care setting required
- Must be able to work independently in a variety of home situations
- Must have valid driver's license and own vehicle
