About The Position

Provides skilled nursing care to patients in their homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This involves direct patient care, education, and coordination of services to support patients' health and independence. Works as a resource to communities in Hancock County to provide assistance where needed for Public Health. Will travel to patient homes as needed.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing and must be currently licensed as an LPN in the State of Iowa.
• One year's experience in a health care setting required.
• Must be able to work independently in a variety of home situations.
• Must have valid driver's license and own vehicle.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to have good visual and auditory skills.
