About The Position

Are you looking for a rewarding career with family-friendly hours and top-notch benefits? We're looking for a qualified Community Health Worker - Mobile like you to join our Texas Health family. This position is based out of Texas Health Fort Worth (1300 West Terrell Avenue), however, travel to other counties may be required. The work hours are full-time, generally Monday - Friday, however, will require one Saturday a month. This is a grant funded position and subject to the award and continuation of the contract.

Requirements

• H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required
• 6 Months Customer service experience either face-to-face or by phone Required
• Successful completion of a Community Health Worker formal training program such as from a community college or other education institution Preferred
