About The Position

The Community Health Volunteer - Quality will assist the Director of Quality Improvement in designing and analyzing key performance measures to enhance the quality of services provided to the homeless population. This role involves creating standardized measurements, analyzing data, and developing tools for data collection, while also participating in focus groups to gather insights and feedback.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience administering surveys.
  • Experience with data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience working with people who are experiencing homelessness or from low-income backgrounds.
  • Ability to work in sensitive situations and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • High degree of customer service.
  • Capacity to interpret information from various sources.
  • Willingness and ability to learn new software packages.

Responsibilities

  • Create a new standardized measurement within the Uniformed Data System.
  • Analyze data related to performance measures.
  • Create sample data collection tools for implementing a Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA).
  • Develop and help run focus groups.
