About The Position
Join PacificSource and help our members access quality, affordable care! This position is accountable for coordinating the implementation of PacificSource's community health strategies, programs, and partnerships. This role will support the development and execution of strategies related to social determinants of health (SDOH), health equity, healthcare workforce, tribal affairs, and Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN) by strengthening organization and community-wide efforts to address the unique needs of PacificSource members and communities.
