We're seeking a passionate and community-driven individual to serve as a Community Health Coordinator in Lea County, New Mexico. This is a temporary, part-time role, working approximately 10 hours per week for around 16 weeks, concluding in late April 2026. This is a work-from-home position with required travel within Lea County. The ideal candidate is a resident of Lea County with strong ties to the local community. The role supports the Lifestyle Rx: Lea County Initiative, which aims to reduce hypertension and improve access to health resources in rural communities. The coordinator will work directly with local residents, community sites, and health partners to promote blood pressure awareness, healthy lifestyle practices, and connect individuals to vital services. This position is posted in multiple cities within Lea County. There is only one position available.
